Methodsl.with the 120, 000 over case out of the whole country 88 hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, 1994 and the whole case from the liver diseases department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Hubei, 2001, the research analyse the distribution characteristic of deficiency of Yin liver and kidney of the whole case according to the national standard, the classification and code of disease and type of traditional Chinese medicine, (are abbreviated as national standard, TCD).2.with chronic 50 case of deficiency of Yin liver and kidney of hepatitis B, the study treat all the patients through nourish liver and kidney, and deal with the relevant materials in statistics, and analyse its clinical curative effect before and after treating. Results1. Study verify that it, deficiency of Yin liver and kidney, is often one type of liver disease of traditional Chinese medicine and West medicine, and often take on the disease course of development, later period, which indicate that we should pay attention to diagnosing and treating of deficiency of Yin liver and kidney.2. Clinical curative effect show:(1) Clinical symptom and physical sign: the pains of patients' rib, the sore of patients' waist and knee, tongue sign, pulse sign, etc, which are improved obviously with the therapy for 3 months before and after treating (p<0. 01); The jaundice has significance difference with the therapy for 3 months before and after treating (p <0. 05).(2) The index of Liver function: ALT, AST, TBiL, DBilL obviously drop after treating (P <0. 01).(3) Influence of marks of hepatitis B: the turning negative rates of HbeAg and HBV-DNA were 30%, and 44.4% respectively; the turning positive rates of Hbe-Ab was 16.7% with the therapy for 3 months before and after treating.Conclus ion1.
