| Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the central neuroprotection of Chinese compounded medication-Huitian Zaizao Wan and the effect to apoptosis on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:the model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat was established with the sature occluded MCAO method invented by Zea Longa. The SD rats were divided into test group and control group. After the cerebral ischemia 20 minutes, then reperfusing 1h, 3h, 6h, observe the expression of bcl-2 protein and the change of nerve cell morphology in the ischemic cerebral cortex.Result: The damage of ischemia-reperfusion injury on test group significantly light than the control group , and the expression of bcl-2 protein in test group was increased.Conclution: The pill has the effect of central neuroprotection on rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. While can increase thr expression of bcl-2 protein. |
