| Objective To observe the effects of YiQiZengYe pellet (YQZYKL) on gastrointestinal mucosa immunity and endocrine function of SD rats and study its mechanisms in therapy spleen deficiency.Methods Spleen deficiency SD rats models established by dahuang laxation, were treated with YQZYKL and MMA respectively. We observed the changes of appetite, auto-action, times and quale of stools, detected gastrin, motilin, SIgA by radioimmunoassay and RBC-C3b-RR, RBC-IOR by Guofeng Method.Results (1) YQZYKL checked diarrhea and prevented weight lose. (2) YQZYKL recovered the anorexia because of spleen deficiency. (3) YQZYKL increased the times of auto-action. (4) YQZYKL improved the immunity of RBC. (5) YQZYKL raised the gastrin motilin level of spleen deficiency rats, and regulated the mucous endocrinosity function of gastrointestinal mucosa. (6) YQZYKL can adjusted SIgA content in succus gastricus of spleen deficiency rats, as well as gastrointestinal mucous immune.Conclusion YQZYKL can relieve the symptoms and state of spleen deficiency SD rats by dahuang iaxation, and regulate the disorder of SIgA, GAS,MOT level in spleen- Deficiency Zheng. These effects are relate to its function of regulating gastrointestinal mucous immune and endocrinosity and elevating whole immunity. The disorder of gastrointestinal mucous immune and endocrinosity function is probably a key mechanism of spleen deficiency. |
