| Objective: To study the expression of blc~2 and P.53 in precncerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) and the regulating effect of Zhuai Drink on it. Methods: In animal experiment, precancerous lessions of gastric cancer models were induced by MNNG in wistar rats. The rats were divided into treating group, protective group and control group, and treated with "Zhuai Drink" , folacin and placebo before the isolation of gastric, respectively. Change in expression of bcl-2, P53 in slices of precancerous morbid tissues of gastric mucosa were measured by immuohistochemistry after using the arugs. Results: It showed that in Chinese herbal group bcl-2 and P53 expressions decreased remarkably, significantly aifferent than that in other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: "Zhuai Dank" has the effect of strengthening healthy qi to elimoinate pathogens and has better reversing function in proliferation of morbid cells before gastric cancer. |
