| Objective: To observe the protective effect of Kuan xiong zhu yu decoction(KXZYD) on myocardial ischeraia-reperfusion induced arrhythmias and to go initially into its mechanism.Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group, Relaxing chest and removing stasis decoction group and Compound danshen tablet group(CDT). The rabbits of the later 3 groups were ligatured by operation to result in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model in vivo. After 1 hour, the rabbit given final drug was opened chest to exposure the heart, and ligatured at the root of the anterior descending branch of the rabbit. The rabbits' coronary artery of the sham group were not ligatured, and left for 30 minutes; the other groups' rabbits were ligatured for 15 minutes and reperfusioned for 15 minutes after relieving the ligature. During the experimental course, the electrocardiogram(ECG) was observed dynamically, and the condition of arrhythmias of the limb lead II was recorded; The serum levels of MDA and NO were detected.Results: KXZYD and CDT can improve the condition of reperfusion-arrhythmias, and KXZYD' s effect is more better; compared with those of ischemia reperfusion group, the serum levels of MDA and NO of two treated groups take a turn for the better (P<0. 01), and the effect of KXZYD group is better than that of CDT (p < 0. 05).Conclusion: KXZYD can prevent the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion induced arrhythmias, and its mechanism may be related with relieving oxygen-derived free radidicals injury and suppressing calcium overload. |
