Object:Dysfunction of gastrointestinal tract is a kind of ordinary and frequently taken disease. Weichangshu Liquor has good effect in treating the disease of dysfunction of gastrointestinal tract. This experiment is to probe into the mechanism of promoting intestine motivity and the principle of treating dysfunction of gastrointestinal tract by medication from intestines, and supply scientific experimental evidence for its clinical use and further development and research.Methods:First experiment: Divide 30 rats of Kunming kind into 3 groups randomly, I (control group) , n (instilling stomach group with Weichangshu Liquor) and 111 (enema group with preserving Weichangshu Liquor in colon), 1 0 cases each group. I group with natural drink and food; n group instilling stomach daily with Weichangshu Liquor,5 days continuously; III group giving enema with preserving Weichangshu Liquor in colon every other day,totally 5 days.Then natural drink and no food for 24 hours.On the seventh day, instill stomach with suspension of charcoal powder one hour later after giving Weichangshu Liquor.Then put rats to death by pulling off neck and calculate the pushing rate of small intestine.Second experiment: Divide 40 rats of Kunming kind into 4 groups randomly, I (control group) * II (atropine model group) ?III (instilling stomach group with Weichangshu Liquor) and IV (enema group with preserving Weichangshu Liquor in colon), 10 cases each group. I and n group with natural drink and food; III group instilling stomach daily with Weichangshu Liquor,5 days continuously; IV group giving enema with preserving Weichangshu Liquor hi colon every other day,totally 5 days.Then natural drink and no food for 24 hours.On the seventh day,inject atropine 0.0003g/kg in the abdomen of rats in H , IE , IVgroups one hour later after giving medicine.20 minutes later,afruse stomach with suspension of charcoal powder. Then put rats to death by pulling off neck in 20 minutes and calculate the pushing rate of small intestine.Third experiment: Randomly divide 60 rats into I (control group)with 15 cases and model group with 45 cases.Inject reserpine 0.3mg/kg in the quadriceps femoris of model rats,once daily and 14 days continuously. Divide the successful model rats of 39 cases into 3 groups randomly, n (model group) > in(afrusing stomach group with Weichangshu Liquor)and IV (enema group with preserving Weichangshu Liquor in colon), 13 cases each group. I and n group with natural drink and food; HI group afrusing stomach daily with Weichangshu Liquor,7 days continuously; IV group giving enema with preserving Weichangshu Liquor in colon every other day,totally 7 days.After natural drink and no food for 24 hours, sampling blood in rats' eyeball.Then put rats to death by pulling off neck and take small intestine.Mensurate calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in blood plasma and SP in small intestine by immunochemical methods.Results:1. Comparing instilling stomach group, enema group with control group, there are significant differences in the pushing rate of small intestine through statistical analysis(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between instilling stomach group and enema group(P>0.05).2.Comparing with control group,the pushing rate of small intestine in atropine model group lowered obviously(P<0.05).Comparing affusing stomach group > enema group with atropine model group, the pushing rate of small intestine increased evidently(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between affusing stomach group and enema group(P>0.05).3. Comparing with control group, the content of CGRP in blood plasma of model rats increased remarkably(P<0.05). Comparing affusing stomach group , enema group with model group,the content of CGRP decreased remarkably(P<0.05).There are no significant differences among affusing stomach group, enema group and control group(P>0.05).4.Comparing with control group,the amount of positive cells of SP in the small intestine of model rats lowered obviously(P<0.05).
