Mechanism Of Acupuncture On The Impact Of Early Immune Dysfunction Due To Different Stressors

The effect of acupuncture has been proved through thousands of years of clinical practices.But we still don't know what the mechanicsm of acupuncture is.The effect of acupuncture is directly neither on pathogenic factors nor on pathogenic tissues.One of the possible mechanisms of acupuncture is to reconstruct the balance of immune systems.The research on the mechanism of acupuncture on immunoregulation has come to be a big hotspot.The aim to our experiment is to explore the mechanism of acupuncture on immunoregulation through observing the effects of acupuncture,bondage and pathogenic factor.In our experiment the adjuvant arthritis (AA)model and bondage stress model were formed.Fifty male Wistar rats were divided into seven groups: normal group,AA model group,bondage model group,bongdage guanyuan group,bondage six points group,AA guanyuan group, AA six points group.According to traditional Chinese medicine theory,we choosed guanyuan point,which is thought to be able to reforce the kidney and enrich the zhengqi of human body which is the enemy to the pathogenic factor.At the same time we choosed six points of ren channel which seats near central immune organ thymus according to modern medical theory.After the experiment,we can draw the conclusions as follows:cupuncture could relieve the local inflammatory response.fter acupuncture,the expression of heat shock protein70(HSP7o) increased and the expression of c-fos gene decreased greatly.CD The content of P-endorphins of AA guanyuan group and AA six points group decreased in hypothalamuss and pituitary,yet increased in plasma.lt is suggested that acupuncture could accelerated the releasee of hypothalamuss and pituitary into blood.fter acupuncture, the content of IL-2 in serum increased greatly. It suggests that acupuncture could suppress the inflammatory response of the body and enforce the immune function.?The adjuvant arthritis could lead to the decrease of the content of P-endorphins in plasma and increase of the content of P-endorphins in hypothalamuss and pituitary.fter acupuncture, the expression of heat shock protein70(HSP7o) of the shufu model increased while the expression of c-fos gene decreased greatly. At the same time the content of IL-2 and p-endorphins was nearly normal.It is suggested that acupuncture has good effect on the early stage of the disease.㏕here is a positive correlation between P-endorphins and IL-2 in blood according to the correlation analysis. So we think that P-endorphins has positive modulation effect on cellular immunoresponse.he effect of guanyuan point could last a long time,but the effect of six points was brief.The experimental results suggest that Acupuncture is different from the AA and shufustress.lt is helpful to the body. Endogenous opioid peptides (including p-endorphins),as thecommon mediation of immune-neuro-endocrine-network,play some promotional role inimmuneoregulation of acupuncture.
