Pulse An Oral Treatment Of Elderly Hyperlipidemia Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe the effect of MaiAn oral liquor on clinical symptom, blood lipoid, and hemorrheologic parameters of senile patients with Hyperlipemia, Meanwhile this research tries to investigate functional mechanisms of MaiAn oral liquor, and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods:They are 100 senile Hyperlipemia patients were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the treatment groups, the other served as control. In treatment group based on the therapy of simvastatin the MaiAn oral liquor was added, otherwise in control group simvastatin alone was used. The therapeutic course in both groups was 28 days before and after treatment. The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, blood lipoid, and hemorrheologic parameters before and after the treatment and clinical effects of the two methods was compared.Results:1 .The total effective rates of clinical symptom were 98.3% and 80% in treatment and control group respectively. It was an obvious difference between two groups (P<0.05). 2.The total effective rates of blood lipoid were 91.67% and 85% in treatment and control group respectively. It was an obvious difference between two groups (PO.05).3. After 4 weeks' treatment, the TC, TG, and LDL-C were all decreased (P<0.01) and the HDL-C was increased (P<0.01)In the patients of the treatment group. In the control group, TC, LDL-C, and TG obviously declined, (P<0.01). Comparing with the control group, the treatment group had better effect on decreasing TG, LDL-C, and on improving HDL-C (P<0.01orP<0.05).4. After 4 weeks' therapy, the indexes including whole blood viscosity in high share rate. ( n* *bhr), whole blood viscosity in low share rate( n blr), plasma viscosity( n Pr),hemotocrit(HCT) andfibrinogen were decreased in treatment group, It was obvious difference between pre- andpost-treatment group(P<0.05orP<0.01). However the obvious changes were not found in controlgroup (P>0.05).S.The clinical total effective rates were 91.67% and 75% in treatment and control grouprespectively. It was an obvious difference between two groups (PO.05).6.1t had no effect on ECG, BUN, Cr, ALT, blood, urine, and stool routine examination intreatment group.Conclusion:MaiAn oral liquor can relieve clinical syndrome, adjust the ingredient of blood lipoid all-sidely, Improve hemorrheologic parameters. Results indicated that MaiAn oral liquor is an effective and safety preparation.
