| IntroductionAs follow as the deeply researching on biological action of carcinoma of stomach , the surgery treatment of carcinoma of stomach has been developing reasonable period . But the survival rate was not remarkable increased when the patient was after radical operation for advanced gastric carcinoma , the main reason was that peritoneal metastasis was often occurred after radical operation of advanced gastric carcinoma , finally induced cancerous peritonitis as clinical symptom as instractable ascitic fluid , its treatment was very difficult , and this is the most important death reason for carcinoma of stomach patients . There are three routes in peritoneal metastasis of carcinoma of stomach , the most important route is implantation metastasis . Recently there are many national and foreign scholar has been approved that adhesive factor degradation enzyme cellular factor developed the important function during the cancerous peritoneal implantation metastasis be found , through the research such as molecular biology . Recent years , there are many basic research reports such as the form , structure , ruction , location related peritoneal milky spots , but the clinical research was very limited, which related peritoneal Ms (milky spots) and peritoneal implantation metastasis . We plan to research the greater omentum specimen which was cut down on the patient of carcinoma of stomach , then discuss the function of GO (greater omentum) milky spots in peritoneal metastasis of carcinoma of stomach .MaterialsThe GO was come from the cancer department in the first clinic hospital of Chinese medicine university and the surgery department of Benxi central hospital . There are 51 greater omentums' specimen which were cut down from the patient who was adwanced gastric carcinoma . The apparatus and reagents that were used to make pathologic selection and reading section were ptovided by pathologic department of Benxi central hospital . 5% CH40 solution was provided by JinDou-Fuli medicine university in Japan.MethodsThe GO was signed by CH40 solution before or during the operation . Ten GO tissues area is 1 x Icm2 were cut down apart from the milky spots area and no milky spots area , they were put into the formaldehyde solution to be fixed , then were made into HE ( Hematoxylin and Esin) staining pathology section , the situation of micro metasta-sisparts were observed in the MS area and no MS area . Statistic analysis was used by x test .ResultsThis experiment observed 51 patients who was advanced gastric carcinoma and do the clinic experiment . There are 30 patients' GO have metastasis parts , so we just analyse 30 patients' results , we found the cancerous micro metastasis parts area could be found in milky spots of 30 patients , but only 3 patients'milky spots have cancerous micro metastasis parts in no MS area . Through the statistic a-nalysis of X2 test , we approved that the number of cancerous metasta-sis in milky spots has significant difference contrast with no MS.DiscussionPeritoneal metastasis is the common recrudescent from after advanced radical operation for carcinoma of stomach , at last it will induced cancerous peritonitis as the important symptom as instractable ascitic fluid , this is the most important death reason for gastric carcinoma . As some literatures reported that there are about 40 - 50 percent of recrudescent patient of peritoneal metastasis after advanced radical operation for carcinoma of stomach . There are three routes in gastric carcinoma peritoneal metastasis , and the most important route is peritoneal implantation metastasis . Recent there are many national and foreign scholars have approved that adhesive factor degradation enzyme , cellular factor have the important function during the forming of cancerous peritoneal implantation metastasis through the research on molecular biology .
