Electrochemical analysis technology has caused great attention of analysts, especially the electrochemical sensor has been the focus of electrochemistry because of its broad applications in medical and environment. We aim to develop portable, easily operation and available for on-site analysis instrument. The screen-printing technology makes it possible. It represents a promising route for the mass production of inexpensive, reproducible and sensitive disposable sensors.Heavy metal ions have great hazard to human even in minute quantities. Especially, they are nonbiodegradable and persist for long time, so the detection of them is necessary. The detection of lactate in blood is important because it have great relationship with many diseases. It has great significance in the clinic medical and sports science and food science. In this thesis, we do research on the detection of heavy metal ions and lactate based on serene-printed carbon electrode. We exploit electrochemical ion sensor and electrochemical biosensor. In addition, we discuss the influence of detection conditions and optimize them. In the end, we evaluate the performance of the sensors. At the same time, after analyzing the electrode process and characteristic of kinetics and doing research on the reaction mechanism of enzyme we construct the kinetics model of the system. The i-t transient model accords well with our experiments.New functional materials can accelerate the development of transducer technology. Carbon nanotubes was found recently. Because of its special structure it obviously facilitate the electron transfer of biology molecules. We modified the screen-printed electrodes with preprocessed carbon nanotubes and characterized them through electrochemistry. The result showed preprocessed carbon nanotubes had good catalyze ability. In the end, we did many clinic experiments and detected the heavy metal ions in sewage with our electrodes and got satisfying results.
