| Objectve: To observe the effect of Astrgalus membranaceus (AM) on increasing the effect of acupunture of apoplexy. Methods: The patients with apoplexty diagnosed were randomly classified into two groups, which means AM group (AM+ acupunture) and control group( acupunture only) . Comparison with the control group ,observe the sign and physical examination results and the number of Karnofsky Blood pressure and the contents of Hemedynameneter and the number of Fugl - Meyer and the function of voluntary motion and sense before and after the experiment . Results :There were markedly different on Am groups from control groups .The decreased levels of BP (p<0.05) of AM group affer acupunture was high remarkably comparing with that of control group (p<0.05) . After treatment ,the content of hemodynamometer of AM group were obviously decreased (p<0.05) than that of control group , the function of FM and SIS and voluntary motion and KS were increasedly proved comparied with control group ( p<0.0l p<0.05 p<0.05 p<0.05 ) . Conclusion :AM as a sort of auxilary chemical medicine can decrease the levels of BP and the content of hemodynamometer and can increase the scoring of KS and the function of FM and SIS and voluntary motion ,enhance the effect of acuputure of apoplexy and improve quality of life of the patients. |
