Objective:To investigate the influence of the nearest prognosis about the blood pressure on the acute cerebral infraction. Method:53 cases in our hospital who had acuted cerebral infraction were observed shifty blood pressure. 53 cases were randomly divided into abasing hypertention group(3leases). Non-abasing hypertention group(22cases). In addition, a pair study was made. Clinical scores were used to indicate the nerve funtion defect degree. ResultTaking medicion group and non-taking medicion group's blood pressure were the highest when they were gauged firstly, but decreasing gradually. The blood pressure of two groups more decreased in 24 hours, the curative group was the most conspicuous. The blood pressure of non-curative group tended to stablilize on the fifh day. The diversification of DBF and MAP similared to the SBP. After one month in the hospital, in the two random groups and pair study: the curative group(3leases), the nerve function defect degree: 14.13+8.09 scores. Non-curative group(22cases), the nerve function defect degree: 8.82+5.91 scores. (t=2.6,P<0.05). The clinical scores showed that there were significant differences statistically. Conclusion:the blood pressure of the acute ischemic stroke took on increasing firstly but decreasing latterly. The blood pressure of non-curative group decreased gradually. The blood pressure of the curative group decreased fastly. The recovery of nerve function of the non-curative group was better than the other group after one month.
