Objective:To evaluate the ei扚ects of partial I iquid ventilation ( PIN ) on hcmodynamics in inhalation-injured dogs. Methods: The fourteen inhalation-injured dogs were randomLy divided into two groups. One group (n=8) was treated by PLV with low dosage perfluorodecalin ( 6m1/kg ) which was instilled slowly into the lung, and the other group for control was treated by conventional mechanical ventilation. Results heart rate (Ill?) mean artery pressure ( MAP ) , center venous pressure (GYP)~ pulmonary artery wedge pressure (PAWP) and cardiac output ( CO ) in treatment group at 30mm 60mm , 90mm , 120mm after treatment had no significant difference to those in the same group at 90mm after injury , and to those at the same 2 time in control group ( P>0. 05 ) . Pu1monary arttrry pressure (PAP) at 30mm after PLV ( 3. 04 ±0.5 4kPa) En treatment group had no significant difference to those in the same group at 90mm after injury and at 60mm , 90mTh , 120miri after PLV , hut was higher than PAP ( 2. 38±0. 34kPa ) at the same time in control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion : There are no effects of PLV on the parameters oI heniodynamics such as HR , MAP , CVP, PAP, PAWP and CO in inhalation-injured dogs . There was no ecienni In the lung filled with pe:rfiuorodecitl ii ~. Perfluorodecalin as a mediator for lung gas exchange was safe and could he used.
