Tcm Darling Two Dirty With Tinnitus And Soothe The Nerves Ended Ming Tang Treatment Of Sensorineural Tinnitus

To explore the the Relationship between the Heart the Liver of TCM and Tinnitus, and to do clinical research on therapeutic effect of Anshenzhiming Decoction on Tinnitus, 60 patients were divided into a treated group and a control group by random. The treated group mainly treated with Anshenzhiniing Decoction, the other group took Carbamazepine and Diazepani. There were another 30 cases of healthy person as a healthy group. The results of the clinical research showed that: Anshenzbiniing Decoction Carbamazepine and Diazepain were all efficient and the difference of the therapeutic index between them was not obvious (P>0.05). Anshenzhiming Decoction can ameliorate the symptoms of the deficiency of Heart and Liver of TCM(P<0.0l). The integral of the BAI and Beck~ ANP~ PRL of the patients were all different from that of the healthy person(P<0.0 1). After treatment, the therapeutic indexes, of the group took Anshenzhiming Decoction had obviously been cbanged(P<0.0 1). Therefore it was assumed that: neuropathic tinnitus and the Heart~ the Liver of TCM can effect each other, Anshenzhiming Decoction can ameliorate tinnitus and the symptoms caused by it through adjusting the patients?emotions.
