| 0bjective TO observe the curative effect of Langchuang Granuleon un, assess and exP1ore its potential mechanism curing LN.Methods Active AHN in rats were produced by IP injection of renalcortex of the same species rats and Freund's comP1ete adjuvant. TheM rats were randomized into flve grouPs including the large dose,middle dose and minor dose group, the modeled group anddexamethasone cofltrol grouP, at the sarne time, set uP the normalcontrol grouP. It was measured the proteinuria of 24h, hemtheia, serumcreatinine, blood urea nitrogen and pathological morphology research.Results AHN rats treated with Langchuang Granule at middle doseshowed significanly(P<0.05) low 1evels 'of amount.2.LangchuangGranule at large/small dose showed significan1y(P<0.05) curative effecton in AHN rats3.Langchuang Granu1e at middle dose can significantlydecrease in AHN rats (P<0.0l).4. It showed that Langchuang Granuleand dexamethasone both have curative effect on lesion of kidney inM rats(P<0.05). Conclusion Langchuang Granule has better effecton wn and exerts its effect POssibly by regulating abnormal situation inLN rats. |
