Many studies show that exercise, especially exhaustive exercise, cancause body produce lots of free radica1s that have the ultimate affinity with the unsaturatedfatty acid in biomembrane. Once they conjugate, the produc tis LPO. At the same time, free radicals also oxidate and destory the protein of biomembrane, the cellular component(including zymases and DNA, et al). The destory of free radicals can cause the cellularstructure and function be disordered. As a powerful anti- oxidant, melatonin (MT ) has been applyed in the field of Biologyand Bio-medicine. But there are less studies in the field of sports medicine. The experi-mental studies try to uncover the effects of MT and endurance training on mice' exereiseperformance, anti-free radical system, Hb, Glycogen, Liver cellular ultrastructare, andoffer the reference for the practice of MT in the field of sports medicine.Objects are KunMing mice(♀). By prpgressive intensity endurance training and theexhaustive swimming at last, exercise fatigute modles are set up. The activity of SOD istested by the! auto-oxidation of Pyrogallic acid. The activity of CAT is measured by theUV- Spectrophotmetry. The activity of POD is tested by Guaiacol. The MDA content istested by TBA. The activity of SGOT and SGPT are tested by the King - Colorimetry. The Hb content is tested by the Special Reagent BOX. The content of glycogen is mea-sured by Anthrone Reaction. The changes of the liver cellular ultrastructure are re-searched with Transmission Electron Microscope. The results show that endurance training can cause mice'exhaustive swimming timebe extended, and that mice'exhaustive swimming time can significantly be prolonged aftertaking MT. In rest group, MT can't cause the Hb content rise. After endurance trainingand taking MT, the content of Hb significantly rises after the exhaustive execise. The en-durance training can significantly increase the restoring rate after the exhaustive swim-ming.MT causes the activity of SGPT significantly decrease. However, the change of theSGOT activity is not significant in rest groups. After exhaustive swimming, MT cancause the activity of SGOT significantly decrease, but, the effects on the SGPT activity isnot significant. After 24h-restoration, MT can cause the activity of SGPT significantlydecrease, and the restoration rate significantly rise' The effects on the SGOT activity andon restoration are not significant. 陕西师范大学体育学院运动人体科学顶土学位(毕业)论文一 In rest groups,MT can cause the activity of SOD and POD rise in liver, muscle, heart, kidney and brain, and the activity of CAT rise in liver and heart. But the changesof the acdvity of CATAT are not significant in muscle,Kidney and brain.MT also cause thecontent Of MDA decrease in muscle,Liver,Kidney,Heart and brain. During exhaustive swimming, enects of MTon the activity of SOD is not significantin liver, muscle, kidney and heart.MT山℃s significantly effect the activity of SOD inheart. The effects on the activity of CATAT are significant in muscle and brain, but, notsignifican in liver, kidney and heart. The effects on the activity of POD are significant inliver, muscle, kidney, heart and brain.During exhaustive exercise, effects of MT on theelimination of MDMDA are significant in kidney, heart and brain, but, not siynificant in liverand muscle. During24卜reso厂ation,effectsof MT on the activity of孤D,CAT and POD aresignificmt in liver, muscle, kidney, heart and brain.MT can cause the contentofmAsignificantly decrease in liver, muscle, kidney, heart and brain. Endurance training has the significant effects on the activity of SOD in muscle,kid-ney,heart and brain, and on the activity of C盯 in liver, muscleand kidney, and also Onthe activity of POD in kidney and brain. The effect on the activity of CAT is not s...
