| Senile is a disavoidable physiological process that caused by getting old, senile of tissue cell and decline of organ function. During the experiment, we observed the function of tonify kidney prescription acted on TAC. LPO and LDH and super miniature structure of thymus cell of aging model induced by D-galactose.The results showed:1. At the state of senile, TAC in plasma is lower than normal, and LPO rise, the super miniature structure of thymus cell is damaged.2. Delegated by Tonify kidney prescription, tonifying kidney and essence method can raise the TAC, reduce the harm caused by oxygen free radical, and protect the cell and super miniature structure.So, we can draw a conclusion: The method of tonifying kidney delegated by Tonify kidney prescription, is one of the important means of prolonging life. |
