| Purpose To explore the mechanism of laser therapy.Methods The effect of laser therapy on the expression of laminin and apoptosis after middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion was examined in 32 Wister rats. Antibodies against laminin and TUNEL methods were used to measure the changes of laminin and apoptosis. The 632.5nm laser intro-nasal cavity irradiation lasting 7 days after I/R(ischemia and reperfusion) was used as intervention factor.Result By 2 hours of ischemia the reduction in laminin expression was most significant in I/R 3days (p<0.01).After that ,the expression of laminin rose step by step,but in the ischemia groups,the difference between I/R 3 days and I/R 7 days has no significance(p>0.05).The laser therapy can relieve the reduction in laminin expression in I/R 3,7,14, days (p<0.01) contrast to the ischemia groups.The number of apoptosis cells rose sharply after ischemia and reperfusion (p<0.01),the difference tetween ischemia groups and therapy groups has no significance (p>0.05) .Conclucion The laser therapy can relieve the reduction in laminin expression after cerebral ischemia .That possible served as a potienal mechanism of laser therapy. |
