Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism affecting liver cirrhosis by splenectomy. Methods: Kunming mice (n=90; 20?8g) were randomly allocated to three groups: Gl, splenectomy (n40); (;2, non?splenectomv (n40) ; and 63, normal control (n10). By subcutaneous administration of 20% Cd.1, liver cirrhosis models were established in 61 and G2 groups. After 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th of drug injection, liver pathological changes in mLe w~re studied respectively in comparison witt~i normal group. hollowed by immunohistochemical stainir~igdetection,eg.
