Hydrochloric Maputo Castro Synthesis Process

ABSTRACTThe asthma and the mechanism of the bronchodilators in this paper were introduced. The structure of β₂adrenoceptor and the mechanism of the signal-conduction were reviewed systematically in molecular level. The development and structure-ctivity relationship of β₂drenoceptor agonist were underlined briefly. Mabuterol hydrochloride was synthesized successfully through two routes. The novel route of condensation of arylglyoxal derivative with tert-utylamine was succeed first time and the yield was higher than that of reference route .The synthetic route of the intermediate 4mino --chloro?3rifluoromethvl-cetophenone was studied and redesigned in this paper and the yield was increased up to double of that of the reference. The compound aeetophenone was oxidation through the mixture liquor of DMSO and HBr with the constant yield 90%. The final product and intermediates were identified by MR and MS.
