| This dissertation discusses the preparation and evaluation of a TCM:sustained-released capsule of gegen isofavones (SRCG).Using L9 (34) orthogonal test to study the extraction of isofavones in radix puerariae.EC,HPMC are used as adjuvant ,by U6( 62) even design to select the best quantituy,with the main drug are made into capsule in solid scatter tecnology.The release accumulative rate of SRCG conforms to Higuchi equation,that is a diffusion controlled release drug.The study on pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of SRCG in rabbits shows:the eliminate half-time prolongs obviosly,AUC has greater raising.The quality standard of SRCG is also tentatively produced by define the content of puerarin using HPLC.Study the steadity. The results show the SRCG has some slow-released rate. |
