The effective ablated target sites of concealed accessory pathway rely on accessory pathway potential or the period of V-wave and A-wave. While Josephson think that the fusion of V-wave and A-wave is W. They all have shortcoming. So we have analyzed and studied endocardial electrocardiograms of 42 patients with left concealed accessory pathway and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT), to investigate the effective target site of left concealed accessory pathway being ablated and reduce the time of ablation and that of exporsure to X-ray and the recurrence. We select 32 males, 10 femals ,aged 41?4(11-73) years old. The form of A-wave were applied for experimental group and others with the traditional ablated effective target site, were used for control group. We observed the forms of A-wave and the fusion of VA and ablated all patients. The result showed that 42 patients have been successfully ablated. Successful rate 1 ()430,/o, No recurrence happened during the following O.4~3 years. But the time of ablation for experimental group is shorter than that of control group. The form of A-wave are m, qr or rs during sinus rhythm and fusion of VA show W and RS during tachycardia. The result is that effective target site of ablated left concealed accessory pathway has special characteristics of endocardial electrocardiogram. Obviously, mapping Small A-wave and large V-wave during usual mitrial anulus without content target, we should think over the relationship between A-wave and fusion of A-wave and V-wave so that we can improve Successful rate and reduce the time of ablation and that of exposure to X-ray and thatof operation.
