To explore the effect of partial splenicembolization using silk line segmeuts onhypersplenisrn.Material and method:select 48 patients ofhypersplenism (male 32 .female 16),stochasticaly devidedinto two groups:treated group .using silk linesegments: control group, using gelatin, both groups wereinjected at the leg artery using the seldinger method, theSF Rosch duct were inserted to the third detach of thesplenic artery.First, the antibiotic wereinjected .second, the treated group were injected 80-100segments of silk line with lOml SSD ;the control groupwere injected 60-80 grain of gelatin with lOml SSD. PLTand WBC were counted after the operation a week, 1~. 6 ~12 monthes CT were made after the operation at 1., 6 12monthes,to observe the embolization area of the focus ofinfection .Result :6 monthes after operating ,the numberof PLT and WBC of both group increased at differentlevels, but no obvious differences detacteb,(p>0. 05) 12monthes after operation ,the PLT and WBC number of the(2)treated group are obviously higher than the controlgroup, the differences are apparent (p
