The Clinical Treatment Of Traumatic Osteomyelitis

Objet lye To suni up the experience about tutor Pro.Liu JS treating posttraumatic osteomyelitis. Methods: The case of posttraumatic osteomyelitis with soft tissuse injury are 26 cases of which eight cases are segmentale bone defects two cases are local defect .the size of soft tissue defects ranged from 0.5 cm X 0.5 cm to 9.0 cm x6.5 cm ,of which fifteen cases are femur injury, eleven cases are tibia injury .Twenty-tbree cases were done wounds debridement of which eight cases are the bone grafting by the first intention operation. two cases arc the bone grafting the second intention operation, seven cases are Cellulocufaneous flap repairing wounds operation, muscular flap covering the dead space. Two cases are healed up by first intention .The rest 14 cases were healed up by first intention of which 3 cases were applied with traditional Chinese medicine (1CM). Result: Twenty-five cases successed among the total of 26 cases. All had the good recovery after follow-up for 3 months to 3 years. The rate of cure gets to 96%. Conclution: important strategy of improving curative effect is that correct treat methods choiced by means of concrete different character of postlrammase ostemveliti.
