Chinese Medicine Alone To Live An Effective Part Of Anti-rheumatic Drug Research

This paper studies new antirheumatic drug by extracting the active part from Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata shan et Yuan, establishing it's quality standard ,isolating and identifying compounds from the active part When researching for extracting the active part,we applied dissolving-in-base-then- precipitating-in-acid extraction method column chromatography and supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) to get the general couniarins: Baked on the complete form of the new drug ,we established it's quality standard including property ,identification and content determination. It was proved that the determination method was accurate, repeatable and stable We also isolated and identified five coumarin compounds from the active part,they are columbianedin, osthol, colmbianetin acetate, xanthotoxin and columbianetin.
