Expression Of Cd15 And Nm23 In Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To study the eXPression of CDl5. nm23 in bladdertransitional cell carcinoma (TCC ) and the re1ationship betweenthe two genes expression, and determine the prognostic predictorof bladder TCC.'Methods: Immunohistochemical staining (LSAB) was used toinvestigate the expression of CD15 \ nm23 in l0 normal bladdertissues and 45 bladder TCC tissues.Results: The CDl5 positive expression was mainly located incytoplasm, the positive incidence was 7l.l%. High levelexpression of CDl5 was correlated with histologic grade (Pr0.05) and clinical stage (P<0.05) of bladder TCC.The nm23 positive =expression was only located incytoplasm, the positive incidence was 73.3%: l2 cases(-). l5cases(+). l2 cases(++). 6 cases(+++).
