Objective:To observe the random flap in the Taohongsiwutang the survival of Chinese interventionMethods:30 rats (from Hunan Medical University Experimental Animal Center), weight 150-200g, male or female, in the back corner connection design preparation bilateral subscapular area 8 cm×2 cm skin flap, the original digital replantation. Randomly divided into 3 groups (n=10):①the experimental group:Taohongsiwutang fed, divided into high-dose group and low dose group;②control group: fed with saline; the first two groups from 3 to preoperative flap pedicle, the rats were fed daily Taohongsiwutang. Dosage: high-dose group 10mL/kg, low-dose group 5mL/kg. Control group fed the same way Zeyi 0.9% sodium chloride injection 3ml. Group 3, and when located in the immediate postoperative phase,1,3,5,7 d and after 9 days [1], after 9d pedicle. General visual inspection flap survival; using LDI (laser Doppler perfusion imaging) and the pedicle of the distal ends of the mid-point for blood flow measurement; pedicle flap survival determined after 3d; after 12d two groups of rats were sacrificed, the wheelbase of the pedicle flap 3 cm full-thickness flap at about 1. Ocm×0.5cm, fol low the steps to determine the flap tissue SOD and MDA content; take full thickness skin flap in rats organizations,10%formaldehyde lOd, embedded in paraffin, sliced, HE staining. Observed near-, mid and distal (away from the pedicle 2,4 and 6cm) biopsy edema, necrosis, neutrophil infiltration, fibroblast proliferation, capillary proliferation and granulation tissue formation and so on.Results:Taohongsiwutang the experimental group were fed 7,9 d after the value of blood perfusion than the saline control group significantly increased (all P<0.05), experimental group fed with high--dose group after 7,9 d minor Dose group fed blood flow faster (P<0.05); Taohongsiwutang fed group.3 days after pedicle flap survival rate was significantly higher than saline control group (all P<0.05), experimental group fed with high-dose low dose group fed group increased flap survival (P <0.05); the experimental group 12 days after skin flap was significantly higher than saline control group SOD (all P <0.05), MDA content was significantly lower than the saline control group (both P<0.05), experimental group fed with high-dose group of SOD and MDA content and low-dose gavage group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Taohongsiwutang random dorsal skin flap can promote blood flow velocity and increase their survival area, and effectively increased SOD content, decreased MDA content, including high-dose group were fed low dose effect more pronounced.
