1 ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of Wuweixiaoduyin in preventing general surgery postoperative infection.2 Methods2.1 Grouping methodThe randomized controlled trial method is adopted.According to Random number tables, the cases are divided into treatment and control group.2.2 Studying medicationAn di tai is produced by North China Pharmaceutical Group Co.Ltd. Batch number: license number H20044294, usage:An di tai 3.375g are adding to 5%glucose and sodium chloride injection to patients two times for five days. Wuweixiaoduyin is provided by Dongzhimen Hospital, usages:Jinyinhua 10g YeJuHua lOg PuGongYing 10g ZiHuaDiDing 8g ZiBeiTianKui8g,100ml for one time, two times for one day, lasting for five days.2.3 Detecting resultsIncision situations, the second and third and fourth body temperature, white blood cell counts of the patients after surgery.3 results3.1 There were significant differences in comparison of wound infection in two groups of patients. Infection rate in the treatment group are lower than control group.3.2 There were significant differences in comparison of body temperature in postoperative second day.The body temperature in the treatment group are lower than control group.3.3 There were significant differences in comparison of white blood cell counts of the patients in postoperative second day. The white blood cell counts of the patients in the treatment group are lower than control group.3.4 There were significant differences in comparison of Chinese tranditional medicine sydromes in superficial wound infection.4 ConclusionsWuweixiaoduyin has satisfied efficacy for preventing surgical postoperative infection.
