Moxibustion Rabbit "neiguan" Myocardial Ischemia And Reperfusion Serum No, Nos And The Impact Of Myocardial Cx43

Objective:To observe the changes of NO. NOS Cx43 after the moxibustion therapy on Neiguan of the rabbit. To explore whether the moxibustion on neiguan could improve the myocardial ischemia or not. comparing the difference of the effect on moxibustion and electroacu puncture. Providing the reference for the clinic treatment on the prevention and cure of coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia.Methods:Randomizing 32 New Zealand white rabbits into 4 groups,8 per one group. control group, electroacupuncture on Neiguan group, Moxibustion on Neiguan group, Sham group.Establishing the myocardial ischemia model by ligaturing the left anterior descending artery,LAD. To determine the blood serum NO. NOS level To detect the Cx43 expression by SP method.Result:1.Comparing the NO. NOS level of the blood serum:the control group is lower than sham group,the electroacupuncture on neiguan group is significantly higher than the control group;the moxibustion on neiguan group is significantly higher than control group,too.but this two group has no significant difference.That suggest both electroacupuncture or Moxibustion on neiguan can increase the content of NO. NOS in blood serum, but with no significant difference.2.Comparing the expression of Cx43 in the heart cells, the average IOD, shows that the expression in control group is significantly lower than the sham group, the electroacupuncture group is significantly higher than the control group, however, the electroacupuncture group shows no difference with the moxibustion group.It shows that both electroacupuncture or moxibustion can improve the average IOD.Conclusion:1. The result suggests moxibustion on neiguan may increase the the content of blood serum NO,NOS; Stimulate the endogenous protection material,increase the content of Cx43 which potect the heart celss under Ischemia-reperfusion by taking part in the electrical and metabolism coupling.2.Comparing with moxibustion on neiguan and acupuncture on neiguan,there's no statistical significance on the content of NO,NOS in blood serum and the expression of Cx43. This suggests that both acupuncture or moxibustion stimulate the endogenous protection material and increase the expression of Cx43. Moxibustion is worth popularizing in the clinic prevention and cure to the coronary heart diseasen for the simpleness,safety and comfort.
