Clinical Efficacy Of Chiropractic Treatment Of Children With Dyspepsia

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of the Upon ridges therapy to treat the dyspepsia, and find a better and more effective method for the child suffering from dyspepsia.Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated by the Upon ridges therapy, once one day,2 days rest, with 5 sessions being one the course, and 2 courses all together; 30 patients in the control group were treated by the enzymes, once a day,2 days rest, with 5 sessions being one the course, and 2 courses all together.Results:1. Comparing with the two groups of the main symptoms before treatment,they had statistical significant in symptom of postprandial early, satiety, upper abdominal pain and upper abdominal burning sensation(P<0.05), and at the same time, in the treatment group after treatment indicators of changes in the symptom of postprandial early, satiety, upper abdominal pain and upper abdominal burning sensation of improvement is better than those in the control group, they had statistical significant(P<0.05).After treatment, The scores of Clinical Symptom Assessment in both treatment and control group was decreased(P<0.05),At the same time after treatment, the appetite for food in the treatment group improved compared with the control group is statistically significant (P<0.05).2. the results showed that the two groups comparing with them before the treatment had statistics differences in the discharge rate of Urine D-a sugar after treatment (P<0.05),the treatment group had significant difference with the control group in the discharge rate of Urine D-a sugar after treatment (P<0.05). And the two groups of the clinical effect differences for the two course (p< 0.05)Conclusion:1. The Upon ridges therapy are very effective for the child suffering from dyspepsia.2. The Upon ridges therapy can improve the symptoms of dyspepsia. And indication that it is one of an important ways for the child suffering from dyspepsia. In the treatment group, the symptom of postprandial early, satiety, upper abdominal pain and upper abdominal burning sensation of improvement is better than those in the control group.3. The Upon ridges therapy can improve main symptom, the treatment group of the appetite for food is superior to the control group. The treatment group is better than the control group in the improvement of the discharge rate of Urine D-a sugar.4. Both of Upon ridges and Fu Fang Yi Mei San for the he clinical effect to the dyspepsia are related to the course of treatment.
