Objective:Detect the expression of SOCS and SOCSmRNA on decidua of mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by Shou Taiwan, to explore its immune regulatory mechanism making on maternal-fetal interface.Method:CBA/J×BALB/C and CBA/J×DBA/2 were used as Normal pregnancy and RSA model respectively. The protein expressions of SOCS1,SOCS2 and SOCS3 in Decidual and placental tissues on day 14 of gestation were detected by immunohistochemistry. The mice were assigned to Normal pregnancy group,model group and low,middle,high dose group of Shou Taiwan. After 14 days of administration,the protein expressions of SOCS1 and SOCS3 in mice decidual and placental tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Detected the expression of SOCSmRNA in decidua of mouse by hybridization in situ.Result:1.Compared with normal pregnancy model mice, the expression of SOCS1 had significantly increased and the expression of SOCS3 had significantly decreased in RSA model mice (P<0.01).The expression of SOCS2 had no obvious differences between normal pregnancy and RSA mice. All groups of Shou Taiwan could decreased the expression of SOCS1(P<0.01).There were no obvious differences between Normal pregnancy and all groups of Shou Taiwan(P>0.05). All groups of Shou Taiwan could increased the expression of SOCS3 (P<0.05).2.Compared with normal pregnancy model mice, the expression of SOCS1mRNA had significantly increased and the expression of SOCS3mRNA had decreased in RSA model mice (P<0.05).The expression of SOCS2mRNA had no obvious differences between normal pregnancy and RSA mice. Middle and high groups of Shou Taiwan could decreased the expression of SOCS1mRNA(P<0.05)and increased the expression of SOCS3mRNA (P<0.05). There were no obvious differences between middle and high dose group of Shou Taiwan(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shou Taiwan may reduce the expression of SOCS1and SCOSmRNA, and raise the expression of SOCS3 and SCOS3mRNA on decidua of mice with recurrent spontaneous abortion. So it may correct the imbalance of Thl/Th2 on maternal-fetal interface, and it can crue recurrent spontaneous abortion.
