Laser Angle Puncture Small Tube Cut To Expand The Efficacy Of Observation And Analysis Of Postoperative Ocular Hypertension And Mitomycin Combined With Ahmed Valve Implantation Surgery For Refractory Glaucoma, Improved Sticky

Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the efficacy andcomplications of laser goniopuncture in eyes with elevated intraocular pressure ( IOP)after VCO.Methods:It was a restraocular clinical study. 20 patients (23 eyes) of primary openangle-glaucoma (POAG ) with IOP more than 21mmHg following VCO receivedNd: YAG laser goniopuncture(LGP).and IOP, RNFL ,RA and visual field wereobserved .Results:The mean baseline IOP was ( 24.09±5.25) mmHg and The mean IOP at theend of follow-up was ( 16.20±3.06) mmHg ,there are significant difference betweenthem(P<0.05). Compare RNFL ,RA and visual field( the mean sensitivity),there areno significant difference between them(P>0.05). Complications included shallowanterior chamber ( 1 eye ) and choroidal detachment ( 1 eye ) and iris anteriorsynechia ( 1 eye ) respectively.Conclusion:LGP is an effective and safe treatment for the uncontrol IOP after VCOthrough the trabeculo-Descemet'smembrane, and this procedure can reduce theincidence of re-operation. Objective: To observe the long-term effect of mitomycin C combined with Ahmedglaucoma valve (A GV ) implantation on the refractory glaucoma.Methods: After A GV implantation, a retrospective study of clinical effect andcomplications were conducted on 35 eyes from 32 patients with refractory glaucomawith follow - up period ranging from one year .Results: The long -term successful rate was 80. 0%.The average IOP decreased fromthe preoperative (47. 28±13. 14) mmHg to the postoperative (17. 62±6. 42) mmHg.The complications caused by the unsuccessful operation included blebencapsulation in 2 eyes (5.7%), flat anterior chamber in 2 eyes (5.7%) , tubeblockage in 2 eyes (5. 7% ) , exudativech roidal detachment in 1 eye (2. 8% ).Conclusion: Mitomycin C combined with the AGV implantation surgery may beeffective and safe for treating refractory glaucoma.
