China To Undertake The Employment Effects Of International Outsourcing And Mechanism,

With the global new round transfer of service industry,international service outsouring is rising and developing well,many developing country have undertaken it and achieved rapid economic growth. Meanwhile industry structure have got upgrading.International service outsouring is playing a special role on employment of developing country. So at front of this rare opportunity,how to involve in international service outsouring ware aggresively and use it to improve Chinese employment is the purpose of this thesis. The article,from the point of the employment effects of undertaking international service outsourcing, analyzes the action mechanism of employment effects in undertaking internetational service outsouring in order to look for the way to handle and perfect this mechanism. So we took efferts in putting up some advices and meatures according to research reasult in order to improve employment through undertaking service outsourcing. We hope our country can hold this chance. to develop internationnal service outsouring comprehensively.On the base of analysing employment effects of undertaking international service outsourcing, we research the direct action mechanism and indirect function mechanism of promoting employment.The former refers to the direct transfer of developed countries' outsouring jobs, the latter promotes employment through four channels,including income multiplier effectss, technological progress, industrial structure and optimizing the talent structure. And we plan to use five variables----international service outsourcing stock, capital, technology, industrial structure, quantity of employment at service industry ----to conduct cointegration test and Granger Causality Test.By the research result,international service outsouring exists long term equilibrium with employment,capital,technology and indurstry structure respectively.Meanwhile the employment also exists long term equilibrium with capital, technology and indurstry structure respectively.In the long run,undertaking international service outsouring can improve technology level,upgrade indursry structure continually,promote domestic investment and increase employment opportunities.Besides,the enlarge of employment in service industry which arise from improving technology,perfecting industry structure and increasing investment is immeasurable.
