Jx Accounting Firms To Develop Strategic Research

From the reconstruction in 1980 to present, the certified public accounting trade in China has gone through 30 years. Compared with that in other countries, the development time is short, but we have made it fast, which has made great contributions to our economic development.With the speeding development of globalization and deeper opening-up since we entered WTO in september 2001, the protection policies in the public accounting market were gradually cancelled. Our chinese public accounting market is facing increasingly sharp competitions form home and abroad.In order to strengthen the competition ability of the accounting firms in our country, the Chinese government and the association of Chartered Certified Accountants have issued a series of policies to make public accountant firms stronger and bigger. In June 2007, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants issued the Suggestions on Promoting Accountant Firms Bigger and Stronger; in December 2007,9 ministries and commissions under the State Council worked out the Suggestions on Supporting Accounting Firms to Expand the Export Services; and in November 2009, the General Office of the State Council circulated the file by the Ministry of Finance Circular on Accelerating the Development of Chinese CPAAs a great component of accounting firms, medium-and small-sized accounting firms have advantages of low cost, flexibility and provide services for those medium-and small sized enterprises. The medium-and small-sized accounting firms make great contributions to providing work opportunities, improving economic developments. Recently, the government issued a series of policies to make accounting firms bigger and stronger. A lot of big accounting firms have been integrated. In such situation, the medium-and small-sized accounting firms are now facing great pressures and challenges. So, for them,the pressing matter of the moment is to make their own future development strategies consistent with its own situation.In view of the above, the author writes this article The research on the development strategies on the JX accounting firm. Based on the analysis of the JX accounting firm, this article brings out the author's view on choosing and supplementing of development strategies. It includes four parts. The first part shows the present situations and the problems of medium-and small-sized accounting firms; the second part analyses the competition environment in three aspects:the macro economic environment, the policy and the five-force model; the third part provides the correct development strategies based on the swot analysis of the JX accounting firm; and the fourth part brings out the suggestions on the supplementation of development strategies in five aspects:the versatile talent development programs, the improvement of employee motivation, the implementation of diversified the marketing strategies, and the building of a positive enterprise culture, which make the employees have the sense of belonging, the establishment of an effective quality control system.So far, the researchs on accounting firms are mostly focused on venture management, quality control and inner management etc, and most of the researchs are for those big accounting firms. Even though there are some researchs on the development strategies of medium-and small-sized accounting firms, these researchs focus on a certain field and are somewhat superficial. We seldom see the researchs on development strategies from the standpoint of medium-and small-sized accounting firms. But it is the medium-and small-sized accounting firms that provide services to those medium-and small-sized enterprises. And those accountant firms do not have clear development strategies. So, this article has some significance in directing those medium-and small-sized accounting firms to make and supplement development strategies.
