For breaking this bottleneck, we must pay more attention to the model of development, which rely on environment and resources now, and recover the surrounding which people live in. According to this, the leaders attach the importance to environment protecting, and government give supports in most directions, like cash, technology, policies and so on. From this sense, this period is the key to improve our environment.The truly environmental protect begins in 2004, the government point out the importance of environmental protect. Before this, we ignored to protect to env i ronment for all time, and the support policies were little. So, to now, the prob I ems i n env i ronment are very severe. As a pub I i c goods, env i ronmenta I protect is hardly supplied by market, and government has to take this responsibi lity. Financial policies play an important role in support system. But there are some problems in this policy system now. To increase our work efficiency, we have to sort out these problems, and prefect the policies support.This article is based on the real fact. By analyzing the nature of environmental protect and importance of financial policies, the author gets the advices to prefect the system of financial support.
