Then, a quantitative analysis will be given on the present situation of Chongqing's capacity of taking on transferred industry by means of Principal Component Analysis with 16 selected indexes, based on the exemplification of practices in this field both home and abroad. Specific analysis will be focused on the following aspects: firstly, with the orientation of Chongqing's capacity of taking on transferred industry, a conclusion will be made that the weak points of Chongqing are the capacities of choosing and supporting industries. Secondly, the above mentioned theories will be testified in order to provide support for the following analysis. Finally, On the basis of previous analysis, a set of index will be set up with details to analyze the status quo of Chongqing's capacity in attracting, choosing, supporting and developing transferred industry. The conclusion that Chongqing's capacity of attracting and developing transferred industry is comparably favorable while there is shortage of capacity of choosing and supporting transferred industry will be made with the results of Principal Component Analysis and index analysis. And then the suggested developing models and strategies aiming at promoting Chongqing's capacity of taking on transferred industry will be provided.
