China's Agricultural Resources Of Listed Companies Structure And Value Creation Empirical Research

With the arrival of white-hot stage of "three rural" issue, researches which take agricultural listed companies as the object is on the rise. Meanwhile, corporate value creation has been the research focus areas of financial management, the realization of business value creation primarily depends on the effect of production resources. Many scholars studied value creation issues from resource-based viewpoint. However, existed researches only describe the relationship between resources and value creation on the theoretical level. And research on the subject is still a lack of standardized, rigorous empirical study. At present, the research results about "agricultural listed companies" mainly in impact that ownership structure reacts on corporate governance and performance of agriculture listed companies and implementation approaches of the support policy and the Market Orientation Issues. Weak agricultural quality, market-oriented reforms and relations between non-agricultural operation and business performance of agricultural listed companies and so on. From the resource structure and competitive advantage perspective, this paper attempts to study the general laws between resources structure and value creation ,and then demonstrate the relationship between resources structure and value creation on the theory areas of value creation in the resources.This papers adopt empirical analysis method , by the experimental analysis of the sample enterprises, in accordance with the thinking line of " review of theory and literature - theory analysis and proof -model creation and argument value creation - policy recommendations and summary". Demonstrate the relationship between resources structure and value creation of agricultural resources listed company , to identify weak links of resources structure of agricultural listed companies. Provide countermeasures of improving resources structure to enhance corporate value creation capacity .This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I is an introduction, contains significance literature review and research methods of this study; Chapter II is about the theory basis of resources structure and value creation of agricultural listed companies; ChapterⅢis on relationship between resources structure and value creation of agricultural listed companies. In this chapter, the paper applied multidisciplinary research results of value theory and enterprise resource theory ,discussed and demonstrated that the enterprise resource structure correlated with value creation; Chapter IV is empirical study on the relationship between resources structure and value creation of agricultural listed company . To identify the law of value creation in the resource structure by the analysis of empirical results ;Chapter V is the conclusion part, provide countermeasures to enhance corporate value creation capacity from the angle of resources structure of agricultural listed companies .
