The pursuit of everlasting operation is every business operator's wish, while how to make the business to gain a solid footing and stand erect under the condition of the economic globalization is the issue attracting all business leaders much and keeping them thinking day and night. In an age that the society information level is continuously rising and the international cooperation is increasingly closer, the enterprises will inevitably choose to adjust the development strategy constantly in order to gain sustainable competitive advantage as the internal and external business environments are varying and seeking the long-term development.Founded since 1986 and had been breeding and developing over twenty years, CITC automobile die business has established the firm leading status in the domestic automobile die industry. As the nations working more and more, the macroeconomic environment at home and abord brings the domestic automobile die industry a golden opportunity for advancement and the overseas order with tidy profit enhances the company technical and management level rapidly, which both deeply attract the increaseing attention from the domestic mould companys. Especially in 2008, the global economic crisis caused by the USA mortgage crisis had lots of excellent automobile and its mould industrys undertook a heavy damage, but meanwhile brought them the rare chance for development in histroy. Therefore, how to seize the overseas market and gain much more brilliant trademarks, technique, management and talent teams from the international automobile die field in this golden period, is the main concern for many competent mould enterprises in the nation as well as the focus direction for CITC. Based on the elaboration of the nessaries to expand the overseas market, this paper specifies the advantages of CITC automobile die business by comparing with the main competitors in the process of entering the overseas market, through comparatively analyzing the overseas market and combining with the current operation status, hereby it works out the overseas development strategy suitable for this enterprise and makes a plan for the next step of the strategy implement, expounding one's view. This paper is composed of six chapters and the structure is as follows:Chapter one:the introduction of this paper. The writer expatiates the question, the research contents, the purpose and the significance and simplifies the research status of strategical management at home and abord and the development tendency.Chapter two:analysis of the industry and competition environment. The writer introduces the mould industry of the enterprise and the related state industrial policies, elaborates and analyses the competition status of the automobile covering panel mould industry after subdividing as well as the position of this enterprise in field.Chapter three:analysis of the overseas market. The writer introduces the characteristics of the automobile die industry in the overseas market and the influence of the economic globalization on it, analyses the nessasity to expand the overseas market, and then briefly presents and comparatively analyses several important overseas markets division by the areas.Chapter four:current status of the enterprise and comparison with competitors.Through introducing the current status of the enterprise and the main competitors, the writer specifies the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise by using the analysis tools, thereafter identifies how to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages to form the strategy of the enterprise.Chapter five:strategy of the overseas market expanding. It establishes the overseas market strategy for this enterprise by analysing the advantages and disadvantages of national mould industry in international competition.Chapter six:implement of the overseas market strategy. The writer explains all the preparatory work required in the strategy implement phase according to the actual situation of this enterprise, meanwhile, makes a selection to the expanding way that is based on the actual condition of the European & American agent system.Conclusion. Through discussing the six chapters above, the writer concludes that this enterprise will have a bright prospect in expanding the overseas market, predicting the potential difficulties in this process and giving out the necessary active measures by seeing from the structure readjustment of the foreign manufacturing industry because of the economic globalization, the government's concerns and policy guidance and support to the automobile and its equipment manufacture industry, the advancement opportunity coming to Chinese mould industry and the basic strength of this enterprise to meet the challenge in the new readjustment of the industrial structure after the twenty-four-year accumulation.This paper combines the theory with the practices by using the qualitative and quantitative method and applying the diagrams and tables as support explanation, in hopes that this research and its conclusion can serve as the reference for the colleagues in the national automobile die industries and for those who are working at the development of the theory and the practices of the manufacturing industries and the related state basic industries.Due to the constraints of the writer's knowledge and ability level, the application proficiency to the research method and the accuracy of the collected information(which is sourced partly from the public documents and the knowing to the competitors. It is well known that the real operation situation and the customer information are both the business secrets for the enterprise, so the publishment are not completely objective and the data got from the competitors or by other ways can not be 100% accurate.) this research may need to be weighted carefully and perfected in many points, so any comments you care to make would be more than welcomed. This research will keep advancing in practice according to the various internal and external environment faced by the enterprise.
