Yunnan Land Tax Electronic Tax System Analysis And Design

Along with the fast development and wide spread application of network and information technology, information technology is more and more important in taxation work. It has been key problem for taxation work to improve the working efficiency in order to decrease the cost of tax collecting and provide better service for tax payer by information technology. Electron tax system was built and developed with this background.Electron tax system is the tax system that can complete all the tax process by the network and information technology, such as the tax registration, tax determined, invoice management, tax declaration. The system also can integrate the tax management with service by the network and information technology, then provided quality comprehensive, standardized and transparent management and service for the taxpayer beyond time and space constraints. The system facilitates taxpayers with the convenience of completing tax declaration and tax payment,etc.It not only improves the efficiency for taxpayers,but also reduces costs for tax payment and collection,and improves the efficiency of tax collection and management.Based on the actual requirement of Yunnan Local Taxation Bureau, we analyzed and designed the Electron Tax System of Yunnan Local Taxation Bureau,which adopts the architecture of B/S(Browser/Server) based on Web. The main contents of this thesis are to analyze and design an electronic tax system that can tax registration, declare taxes and declare fees, invoice purchasing, tax exemptions and reductions from network. The thesis follow to the principles of structured programming, and according to structured programming method to analyze the system functional requirements, and gives a detailed design of the system, including design principles, functional design, architectural design and database design. Firstly,this thesis has studied some theory technical knowledge which uses in electron tax system, analyzed the major function demand and the performance demand of electron tax system, described the operation flow of electron tax system, and given the system work flow, use usecase diagram to describe the function of the system from the angle of the customer. According to the design objective and principle of Electron tax system, selected the most popular three structure method, has designed a set of on-line tax payment declaration system architecture model which based on the J2EE. Secondly,the design of whole system is presented .Then discussed the functional design of the system and detailed design of the main function modules. Then designed the database tables involved in the main function modules. The end of the thesis described the realization of a typical module and point out the direction for the future development of electron tax system.
