Psychological contract is one of the most popular issues in management psychology and enterprises. Previous studies pay more attention to the fulfillment of psychological contract,violation and the results, few studies the psychological contract formation,and largely ignored the infuluence of the personality traits of the psychological contract formation. In addition,in the past, most of the studies of organizational citizenship behavior was overall studies. This paper aims to explore the influence of personality traits of psychological contract formation, as well as the influence of psychological contract to predict organizational citizenship behavior, in order to provide a theoretical basis for management decisions.Through semi-structured interviews to 12 emplyees from 4 banks in hunan, we design the bank psychological contract questionnairs.180 empoyees and their pervisors from 16 banks took part in these research. The research use exploratory factor analysis, enter and hierarchieal regression Structure to analyze the data. The researeh examine the relationship between personality traits and psychological contract, between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior, and between personality traits and organizational citizenship behavior, and the intermediary role of the psychological contract. The major results are deseribed as below:Personality traits affect the psychological contract formation, psychological contract play an important role in organizational citizenship behavior, personality traits have important implications for organizational citizenship behavior, psychological contract play a part of the intermediary role between the relationship of personality traits and organizational citizonship behavior.The theoretical significance of this study is:the integrated use of literature, interviews, studies, surveys, and SPSS statistical analysis methods to explore relationships of the personality traits, psychological contracts and organizational citizenship behavior, build and validate the concept model of the relationship between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior, we have done a certain degree of complementary to previous studies, and provides a new idea for the future study of the relationship between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behaviors.Practical significance of this study is:first,improve staff recruitment, through the introduction of employee measurement of personality traits that can predict the employee's psychological contract formation and implementation of organizational citizenship behavior; second, to strengthen employee incentives, companies can choose to use internal and external inducements through the psychological contract, motivate the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior; third, to enhance enterprise performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive impact on business performance, employees will generate a sense of return feeli after the organization has given the inducements, such return will be translated into a sense of responsibility and creativity in order to make a contribution to the improvement of business performance.
