Lu Hua Group And School, Training Mode Design And Implementation

With the Luhua group's plan of school-enterprise cooperation as background, this thesis has analysed several common models and existing questions to domestic school-enterprise cooperation. In the view of needs of IC development and direction of school's teaching reform, it puts emphasis on demonstrating the principle of design, operational mechanism and creating new enterprise-based school-enterprise cooperation model.In the processing of school-enterprise cooperating, this case elaborates how does enterprise work together with school in the field of developing curriculum system, teaching management, student management and practice. Through the plan of this case, we have explored how to make full use of enterprise's engineering advantages, vocational strength and superiority of school's teaching and student management. With these experience, we can supply some effective methods to administrative organization, operational scheme, role positioning, professional practice-oriented training, practice and job gaining. This case reveals some useful practical significance.In the end of this thesis, through the analysis of this case, we have given some effective suggestions to school-enterprise cooperation model specifications, government support gaining and establishment of public university practice base.
