The Erp Environment Oriented To Responding To Anti-dumping Accounting Information Integration Platform

With our country's foreign trade expanding,the protectionism in international trade re-emerges, responding to anti-dumping has become the matter which China's business and the accounting profession must face.The anti-dumping related to a wide range of work,but,whether price dumping or cost dumping,the accounting information will have a direct impact on the normal value of the product under investigation,or even on the final determination of dumping existing.Therefore,it is very urgent to study how to make full use of the existing ERP system resources,and build accounting information integrate platform for supporting enterprises to respond anti-dumping.According to the anti-dumping process of its two main sponsors (the European Union and the United States),this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of our responding to anti-dumping,and in which process what should be done and what accounting information would be required.And especially analyzes the information needed to complete the questionnaire.Trace the origin of the demand information to each modules database of the ERP system.Analyzing the differences between the existing accounting standards and the information required for the response anti-dumping,then drawing on the idea of accounting matters, and using the XML and XBRL technology,the paper establishes an accounting information integrating platform,which bases on business enterprise ERP modules database,orients the information needed to respond anti-dumping,makes XBRL as its main technology, and proposes some suggestions:standard systems and create more accounts and so on. From a technical level,solve the difficult problem of proof in responding to anti-dumping.
