Modern Service Industry Development In Jiangsu Province And Its Influencing Factors

With the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, the service industry is growing. It plays a more and more important role in the economic system of a nation or region. In recent years, though the volume and proportion increased in Jiangsu, which was behind the equal economical level county. Identifying constraints of modern service industry in Jiangsu Province has great practical significance.The object of this article is the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province. First of all, we define the the modern service industry, then we conduct a comprehensive analysis to the modern service industry of Jiangsu Province. Making a contrast to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shandong provinces we find the modern service industry of Jiangsu Province is just better than Shandong. Second of all , using the cointegration dan the granger causality test ,we find PI,cl,sGDP,FC,PR,FDI,SI which are all the reasons of the development of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province. Last but not the least, We conducted multiple regression analysis and we find that PR,FDI are the key facts and the development of secondary industry is only affecting Jiangsu Province. It is significance to find out the constraints of the modern service industry of Jiangsu. At last, we think we should enhance public income, strengthen the level of city and so on. Only in those ways, can we promote the development of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province.
