Study Of Chinese Rural Financial Risks

The rural finance is the core of the modern rural economy. It plays an important role in promoting advance in agricultural production, peasant's life affluence, and rural reform. However ,the rural finance, while offering important financial support and service for development of rural economy, on the basis of the influence of the external environment condition and internal operation factor, there are a lot of risk problems in the rural finance, from the viewpoint of rural financial institution, such as having credit risks, operating risk, mobile risk, etc. The rural finance is a trade of the high cost, risky, low benefit. Because of the mismatch of risk and benefit , causing a large number of funds countryside, the rural credit demand is difficult to satisfy. The existence of rural financial risks has not only damaged the interests of the rural financial institution, restricted the healthy growing of rural finance, but also causing the insufficient supply to rural finance, and the function of supporting agriculture is weakened . Studying rural financial risks, taking precautions against and dissolve rural financial risks, is beneficial to facilitate rural financial institution to improve the management level of the risk, promote the steadily and healthy managing of the rural financial institution, improve the performance of managing, and its own overall capacity, facilitate to strengthen the function of the rural finance to support agriculture at the same time, promote advance in rural economy.The paper takes the rural financial risks as the study object , along the road of"putting forward the question --- analyzing the problems– solving the problems". Combining the standardize study with positive research, comparative analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. On the foundation of analyzing in the relevant theories of rural financial risks, the paper described the current situations of the rural financial risks of our country, including type and form of rural financial risks, the characteristics of rural financial risks, and then analyze the reason of the rural financial risks of our country, finally put forward the measure to prevent against rural financial risks.
