This paper analyzes development status, existing problems and reasons of the marketing channel in rural areas of Chinese household enterprises.The article also analyzs the feature, market potential of the rural market and the marketing channel in the rural area of household enterprises based on the summarization the theory of marketing channel. I use all kinds of research methods such as system analysis, theoretical research, comparativestudies in this paper based on the collection of materials, also reference to academic achievements about marketing channel of domestic and abroad scholars.The article Focuses on the analysis of several typical channel models in the rural appliance market and constituent elements of the marketing channel in rural areas about household enterprises. So I propose some opinions about management and building of the channel in the rural market in relation to Chinese household appliance corporation.
