Customer relationship management is the hot point of enterprises. The enterprises have also done some attempts of customer relation management in auto after-sale field. This article takes the customer relationship management in Chevrolet after-sale department of 4S shop as example, making study with customer relationship management theory and the popular data mining.There is a judgment in this article that the customer relationship management in after-sale department of Chevrolet 4S shop is superficial, not understanding the actual meaning. There is only customer relationship management specialist and software in the 4S shop. However, the actual meaning of customer management is a set of theory, procedure and methods. Hence, this article introduces some ideas and designs a system. It wants to try to discuss about the customer relationship management.At first, the article says the customer should be identified. And use different sales strategy and resources to different customers. The best strategy should be used to the most advanced customers in order to maximize the usage percentage of enterprise resources. At this basis the enterprise profit can be calculated when the budget is given.
