In recent years, sovereign wealth funds become an important force in international financial markets for its large size and rapid growth, have dramatically enhanced the influence of the global economy, are increasingly widespread concern in developed countries by the West. There is no doubt that in the context of the global financial crisis, sovereign wealth funds rely on their huge financial advantage in global capital markets to provide liquidity as the world's most active M & A market investors, and has played a very important role stabilizing the global economy. It is welcomed by Western countries. At the same time, as the embodiment of "sovereign" nature, the Fund's increasing influence on the developed countries, increased anxiety in Western countries, trade protectionism continue to emerge. This paper reviews the development of sovereign wealth funds and describes the present situation, On this basis, Article analyzes the sovereign wealth funds in the impact of the global economy and the development trend. And by comparing Singapore, Norway's sovereign wealth fund investment operating characteristics, Summarized the successful experience of overseas sovereign wealth funds. China should learn from Singapore's GIC and Temasek, the Norwegian Government Pension Fund's investment operations experience, to improve the internal management of sovereign wealth funds and investment operations capabilities, to better increase their risk level of resistance. Thus China's sovereign fund investment operations can be market-oriented, independent-oriented, business-oriented operation, under the premise of the risk controlled access to maximize the benefits and prompt the country's foreign exchange reserves increasing the value or other purposes.
