Human Resources Shared Services(HRSS) began in the 20th century 80 years, so far have been proven to save costs, increase efficiency and facilitate the establishment of standardized processes by many multinational companies, more importantly, it allows human resource managers to get rid of routine administrative matters, and focus more on work related to strategic business development. The main purpose of this paper is to study the Chinese enterprises'cognitive status for HRSS, to analyze and compare the cases of the implementation of domestic and foreign enterprises, and on the basis of interviews with research, come to the differences and identities in the implementation process between some domestic large and medium state-owned enterprises and multinational companies. At the same time, based on the current stage that less of some enterprises are being or have implemented the HRSS model, but most enterprises still do not know, or the lack of implementation will. The paper will further conduct a feasibility analysis to the internal and external factors of the implementation, come to the favorable and unfavorable factors effecting Chinese enterprises in the implementation process, which put forward countermeasures and the development trend forecast, with a view for Chinese enterprises to learn and lay the foundation for the application, and hope to provide references in the area of improving the enterprise's management level, integrating back-office functions of human resources, making managers play an effective role etc.
