Modern Enterprise Management Training And Research

Human Resources is the most active and important factor in productivity. The management as the key point of human resources is now increasingly receiving attention because of their role in enterprise. The high qualified manager will be able to promote the enterprises with more rapid development. The training of managers is to improve the management level by the most direct means.Along with the economic development, modern private enterprise has become an important part of our economy. However, the rapid improved private enterprises whose capacity of management is not very high have many problems which are emphasis on performance than management and lack of management training for personnel.In this paper, a theoretical study and empirical investigation of combining research methods to select a good representative of the HY companies were analyzed. With combination of theoretical study, we submit their problems based on the business management training interviews and a questionnaire survey on training managers, which are insufficient attention of talent pool; lack of planning which doesn't synchronize with the company's long-term development; lack of systematic, hierarchical nature of training; emphasis on skills with insufficient attention on quality; limitations of the training concept and means. Based on the existing management training problems of HY company, we put forward the training idea and visions for management personnel to propose the management measures from the aspect of the training needs analysis, settings and methods of selection and evaluation of the results.Analysis and research of this article with reality and strong operability are able to make us realize the circumstance of HY corporate management training in order to help them improving the quality of company management, thus promoting the company's rapid and stable development. This article similarly can give other private enterprises some guidance and learn.
