Commercial banks are the core of modern finance, in economic development play a very important role. The smooth functioning of commercial banks and healthy development is the cornerstone of the development of the entire social and economic stability. The U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has triggered a financial crisis amply demonstrated the risk of damaging the bank, once the bank risk occurs, its diffusivity is very large, resulting in incalculable losses. The credit operation of commercial banks the most important business, therefore, commercial banks face a major risk is credit risk. Therefore, strengthening of commercial bank credit risk management has great significance of banking operations and economic development.This first part is an overview of commercial bank credit risk management. Clearly the basic concepts and basic theory, it is in order to make the theory behind the study of foreshadowing. The second part is against China's banking industry and environment of economic development, analysis credit risk profile of China's commercial banks face, identify the reasons for the formation of credit risk and analysis credit risk management major problems of China's banks. The third part is on foreign management of commercial bank credit analysis, and conclude experience that advanced, should learn from. The fourth part, based on China's credit risk and credit risk management research in the previous papers, propose solutions to existing problems on their measures and programs.The dissertation emphasizes on combining theory with practice. It has practical direction meaning to commercial bank risk management. It also can be regarded as an operational guide to commercial bank risk management.
